This is
a very beautiful grazing farm of 138 hectares (of which 128 hectares
is currently pasture). It is located in Anjou in the northern part
of the department of Maine et Loire, some 30 minutes from Angers,
and about 10 minutes from Lion d'Angers : the centre of horse-breeding
famous for its annual world horse fair each October.
