La Souchetière Farm (Thorigné d'Anjou - 49)

 
   
     
  This is a very beautiful grazing farm of 138 hectares (of which 128 hectares is currently pasture). It is located in Anjou in the northern part of the department of Maine et Loire, some 30 minutes from Angers, and about 10 minutes from Lion d'Angers : the centre of horse-breeding famous for its annual world horse fair each October.
 
     
 
  70 hectares is freehold. The remainder is leasehold, of which 24.6 hectares located in the lower Angevin valley is held under the system of OGAF (“Opération Groupée d’Aménagement Foncier”).

Guaranteed forage harvest: 10 tonnes/ha.
     
Wooded farmland: cultivated wooded hedging, forests (Angevin woodland).
     
 
     
Farm buildings: : 800 m2 : roofed hangars with access road.
